By using the services provided by Wheel to Wheel Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Limitation of Liability: While Wheel to Wheel Detailing takes great care in providing vehicle detailing services, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or issues within your vehicle that may be uncovered or exacerbated during the detailing process. This includes but is not limited to scratches, stains, wear and tear, and other issues that may not be immediately visible.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Wheel to Wheel Detailing of any specific concerns or areas of the vehicle that require special attention. We are not responsible for any damages or issues resulting from customer neglect or failure to disclose relevant details.
Damage and Liability: While every precaution is taken to avoid accidental damage, Wheel to Wheel Detail is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle resulting from the detailing process, unless such damage is proven to be caused directly by negligence or fault on the part of Wheel to Wheel Detailing staff.
Product Use: Wheel to Wheel Detailing uses professional-grade cleaning products and equipment, but cannot guarantee the results in cases where the vehicle’s condition is exceptionally poor or if the products used cause an adverse reaction due to the vehicle’s materials.
No Guarantees of Perfection: Every vehicle is unique, and the outcome of detailing may vary depending on the vehicle's condition. We make no guarantees regarding the complete removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections.
Cancellations and Refunds: Wheel to Wheel Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any cancellations made by the customer must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms of service.
By booking and receiving services from Wheel to Wheel Detailing, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for the vehicle being serviced.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Wheel to Wheel Detailing for your vehicle service needs. We strive to provide the best service to you, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy:
1. Booking Process

Online Booking: Our online booking system allows you to select the date and time that works best for you. Some services may require a payment at the time of booking, while others may not. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

Payment: For services that require pre-payment, payment will be collected at the time of booking. For services that do not require pre-payment, payment will be due at the time of service completion.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

48-Hour Notice Required: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This helps us accommodate other customers and ensure that our schedule runs smoothly.

Non-Refundable Within 48 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a non-refundable fee will be applied. This policy helps us cover the costs of holding a spot for your appointment.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee. We value your time, and we hope you can respect ours by keeping us informed if you're unable to make it.

5. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, but we will always inform you of any changes prior to your booking.
